Lillian Vavao

Lillian “Lily” Vavao discovered her passion for dance at just four years old and has been hooked ever since. She began her formal training at Deane Dance Center before transitioning to the School of Sacramento Ballet at age nine, where she dedicated herself to her craft until August 2026. Lily’s versatile background spans multiple disciplines, with a primary focus on ballet, contemporary, modern, and musical theatre. Balancing artistry with academics and athletics, Lily currently attends C.K. McClatchy High School, where she participates in many dance clubs and, while also plays for the varsity flag football team. She is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to join Sacramento Dance Theatre and cannot wait to see where this next chapter takes her!
