Crystal Canepari

Crystal Canepari began taking dance classes around the age of ten, a time when she first discovered and fell deeply in love with the art form. After many years of dedicated training and growth, dance evolved into so much more than just an enjoyable hobby for her. It became a powerful means of self-expression, a unique way to connect with others, to experience profound emotions, and to communicate in ways that words simply cannot capture. Dance became a liberating form of freedom, a space where nothing else could compare or recreate that feeling. Today, it stands as one of the most important and cherished parts of her life. Crystal is now actively pursuing her bachelor’s degree in dance, and she is thrilled to share her genuine love and passion for this art through her performances with the Sacramento Contemporary Dance Theater, engaging and uplifting the community with every movement.
